    Previously, the Webhook was only receiving recoverable order (it’s ok), from now on, I don’t know exactly when, all order that are made on the website are being marked with
    “order_status: abandoned” , sending a false positive to Octohook.

    What could it be and, most importantly, how can we fix it?

    Thank you for reaching out to us. The webhook is designed to trigger when an order is either abandoned or recovered. Based on your message, it seems that completed orders are being flagged as “abandoned” and triggering a webhook event incorrectly.

    Could you please confirm if you see such orders listed under the “Abandoned Orders” section, even when they are actually completed? Sharing some screenshots of the affected orders and their status would be incredibly helpful for us to investigate this further.

    it does not appear as abandoned in the plugin, but it appears as abandoned status as submission in octohook.
