    Hi, I have tried some many way to connect the webhook to our stripe account. Just won’t allow me to connect when I tried connect with Signing Secret. Has any one had some issue?

    Hi, thank you for your response. I did. Followed every step. And I purposely deactivated the other plug-in too just to see if there was any interferences. Still not connecting. Thank you

    Please ensure this site uses Pretty Permalinks, as described in our Knowledgebase article.

    Also, check that nothing is blocking the REST API on this site and that Tickets Commerce isn’t in Test Mode under Tickets > Settings > Payments.

    Hi @eeide,

    I have tribble checked your recommendation. Only things are, stripe is returning

    "code": "rest_forbidden",
      "message": "Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.",
      "data": {
        "status": 401

    And once I put in the webhook link on the browser :https://champagneshowgirls.ca/wp-json/tribe/tickets/v1/commerce/stripe/webhook

    it shows

    {"code":"rest_no_route","message":"No route was found matching the URL and request method.","data":{"status":404}}

    I have checked the plug-in files, there is a folder for paypal, but no folder for stripe.

    Hi @joebfc2023,

    It sounds like something is blocking the REST API, maybe a security plugin, or a host’s firewall.

    Please check this further and let us know what you find!
