    Hello guys,

Recently we noticed our webhook delivery logs have stopped, our emails are not being sent from a third party and we have been asked if you guys recently changed anything that might have caused this issue.

    Please advise.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi @gentlemako

Based on the provided information, it seems you are experiencing issues with your webhook delivery logs and emails not being sent from a third party. I understand how important these functionalities are to your business.

At WooCommerce, we continuously work on improving our plugin. However, we haven’t made any recent changes that would directly affect your webhook delivery or third-party email sending.

That said, there are a few potential causes for the issues you’re experiencing. The problem could be related to the third-party email service, your hosting provider, or possibly a plugin conflict.

Here are a few steps you can take:

    1. Check your third-party email service: Make sure that there are no issues on their end. Check their status page for any ongoing issues or maintenance.
    2. Contact your hosting provider: Sometimes, hosting providers may block certain outgoing connections which could result in failed webhook deliveries.
    3. Plugin Conflict: Disable all your plugins except WooCommerce and see if the issue persists. If it’s resolved, enable the plugins one by one to identify the one causing the conflict.
    4. Check your webhook setup: Make sure that your webhook is set up correctly. You should also check the logs for any errors.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, please get back to us with more detailed information, such as error messages or screenshots, so we can investigate further.

Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

We’re here to help you every step of the way. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

    Thanks!
