Webhook doesn´t work sometimes

    Hello.
    I have a problem with my webhook.
    My webhookscript is fine, but sometimes it doesn´t get triggered.
    I made a website with WooCommerce and I am selling accounts.

    This is my Script:

    To debug it, i made 2 textfiles. One for the customer details, one for the single processes. I made a webhook with the event “order.updated”.

    Sometimes all is working fine, order is set to “processing” and my customers get an email with the important things.
    But sometimes, the order stucks at “pending” so my script doesn´t get fired.
    Where is the problem?
    Is it on the WordPress side?

    I can´t see mistakes in my script..
