webhook error

I am attempting to use a webhook to send form information to google sheets. I get a web app url to use after deploying a script on gsheets. yet this wont work in the web hook on forminator. I get an error :bad request”

It works fine with webhook.site, the link saves and the info is passed along flaulessly.

What am I doing wrong? how can I send from info directly to google sheets.

I am working with a not for profit to help save the honey bees. All I need to do is generate a couple list of beekeepers and honey bee nest sightings. I need to do this at no cost.
