I have followed all instructions to set the webhook for stripe. I do have woocommerce on my site but it is set up as a separate account in stripe and only works for my products and course school on my website.
The webhook will not validate and there is a red x. Please help me figure out how to get the webhook to validate for event tickets so I may use this on my events page.

Hi there! I’d be happy to help with your issue today.
I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your signing secret. Let’s start with some troubleshooting steps. Make sure your Tickets Commerce settings have test mode deactivated, as the webhooks validation will not work while Tickets Commerce is in test mode. If you are experiencing issues setting up Stripe and validating your signing secret, we recommend making sure you have activated Pretty Permalinks, which you can find under WordPress Settings > Permalinks.
Also, due to Stripe’s Single Platform Policy, you won’t be able to connect to multiple platforms using the same account at the same time. As a workaround, we recommend you create individual accounts under the same Stripe user login to connect to different platforms.
This can also happen when there is a conflict with another plugin or server setup that prevents our files from loading properly. Please thoroughly test for conflicts. Make sure you disable ALL other plugins besides The Events Calendar and our other plugins, revert to a default theme like 2020, and see if this problem goes away.
If the issue goes away, you should be able to save the signing secret, however, you could run into some issues with communications via Stripe and our plugins when reenabling the conflicting plugins. I suggest you find the root of the cause by then enabling one plugin at a time and then retesting to see if the problem involves a specific plugin. If this is a specific plugin causing issues, then check if there are any settings optimizing javascript and see if you can either turn off the optimization in the plugin settings or try to exclude our plugins from the optimization.
