Exactly, you do not need to create products in Woo in order for the plugin to work.
With our plugin you can sell subscription plans on your site while using our Registration form through payment gateways like Stripe, PayPal, or the Manual/Offline payment gateway.
The Webhooks status should be automatically changed from “Waiting for data” to “Connected” after you have the first completed payment on your site.
Now, to go deeper inside this issue:
- What do you mean exactly by “the payments are unsuccessful with the test cards”. Do you see an error message when purchasing the plan, or how are they unsuccessful?
- Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member Subscriptions (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
- Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Payments -> Gateways -> and send a screenshot from there (please make sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?

I have attached the screen shots requested. When I mentioned “test cards” they are the test numbers that stripe offers to test payments. I am trying to put a live payment through but the payment area isn’t loading. Im going in via incognito mode. Not sure if there is a conflict as it just won’t load for me…also wont allow screenshots. Not sure if I attached the screenshots correctly??

Unfortunately, we can’t see the screenshots you’ve shared. Please use the following site: https://snipboard.io/, to upload them and share the link specific to each screenshot. And regarding the first screenshot I’ve asked for, please send a screenshot with all plugins you have installed on your site (not just Paid Member Subscriptions). Maybe there is a conflict with a plugin, and we can spot it directly what that plugin is.

Now, regarding the testing cards, I assume you’re referring to the following test cards: https://docs.stripe.com/testing#cards. These cards only work while the plugin is in Test Mode.
