Hi @abooltink,
Can you provide diagnostic information which is asked for in the “Support” tab in the plugin settings, this is below where it says in big red writing “Before you create a support request on the WordPress Forum, please include the following information otherwise your request will not be answered.”
Thanks 🙂
Hi,
sure, see below. I normally don’t read big red writings :-). Let me know if you need screenshots or anything else. And thanks for the very fast response.

In the General tab in the plugin settings, clear out the settings you entered for your custom application, save the settings, refresh the page, click the connect button, follow the prompts. Then go to the clear cache tab, clear the cache, then try out the shortcode.
Hopefully that should work.
Thanks,
Yes, this works, although I did not have to follow any prompt (because I connected this way before, I assume) and I could not clear the cache, because I did this a few hours ago (24h limit).
Anyhow, in your header you recommend using an own app for more consistency – do you know, why this does not work in our case?
Thanks a lot for helping this fast.
Probably because you hit API limits with your application. If you want to use your own application you can, but it might be best to contact GoToWebinar and get them to increase your API quota. Thanks,
