Webiste down – unable to access

    Hi Team,

    I have been unable to access my admin page and also my website has been down for a few days. Some messages say critical error, sometimes it says 503 error other times 500 error. I’m not sure what to do if someone could help please.

    Hey, James, I would recommend deactivating plugins and/or deactivating your theme via FTP until the problem is resolved.

    If you need assistance doing that, I would recommend reaching out to your web hosting provider.

    Thank you Ian. Yes not sure how to do that but I’ll ask hostgator.
