    Hi, the images are no longer automatically converted to WebP, even though the settings are set up that way in the backend. What’s causing this?

    Sorry about the WebP conversion issue you’ve encountered.
    When did this issue start?
    To help with confirming/troubleshooting this issue, please upload a fresh image to your site. Next, use the image on a test page, then send us the link to that page.
