    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us! At the moment we do not support compressing WEBP files, though it is something we are investigating to add support for in the future.

    We’ll let you know if anything changes and we have more concrete plans.

    I visited the TinyPNG website today looking for WebP support specifically. We’ve been compressing our images with the TinyPNG WordPress plugin and API for a few months now, and they’ve been working incredibly well. We’re hoping to automate the process of creating and serving WebP images in the near future and would love to see this feature added.
