    Hi @scarbeuh, that usually means the .webp version wasn’t smaller than the JPG, so the plugin didn’t save it.

    Ok, so don’t need for improve PageSpeed and user experience ?

    Sorry for the question, before I used WebP Express and she made a bulk conversion without consider that.

    You can run a bulk optimize on the image with WebP only and Force Re-opt mode to double-check (see https://docs.ewww.io/article/62-power-user-options-in-list-mode). It should tell you why the WebP wasn’t generated. If it says it was because of filesize, then generating a larger WebP file isn’t helpful for user experience, and PageSpeed shouldn’t complain about it (if they do, then I’d like to see the page report).
