    Hi everyone,

    I have a problem with the Imagify plugin. Namely, it only generates the .webp format for one size. For 1920×960 dimensions or the others, the webp format is not provided.

    I am using WP 5.6.1 with the Uncode theme.

    There is a way to fix the problem?

    This is Joseph from Imagify, and I’ll gladly assist you here!

    I’m really sorry you’re having issues with this!

    Just to be sure, do you have all of your thumbnail sizes enabled in the “Files Optimization” section in your Imagify plugin settings page? I just want to be sure, because if not, then the WebP versions for those sizes won’t be generated either.

    Also, is this happening for older images, new ones you’re uploading to your Media Library, or both?

    Could I please have a link to one or two of your images (links to the thumbnail sizes may be helpful as well)? I may be able to provide better advice and suggestions if I can take a closer look for you.
