On June 2nd my server stopped generating webp images.
I don’t know what caused this, as far as I’m aware I haven’t made changes to the image optimizations settings and “Create WebP Versions” is still set to On.
Any idea? Report number is NWPJNLBW

Hi,

if you take screenshot with your system’s screenshot tool , then upload it to your WP , run image optm , how does that go ?

Hi,
I’m not sure I understand what you mean with run image optm.
I just upload jpg/png images and normally they will be optimized and webp is created automatically.

I don’t run any optimization manually, it runs on cron.

Hi,

please try follow this doc to reset LSCWP’s database record , then try again with webp enabled , see if it helps
