Hello. The webp images sanitized to jpg and not included to AMP page. Why this happens, as here you say, that this shoud work from box. The non-amp version of this page: https://releasedate.me/jack-irish/

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused you. We inspected the URL and we observed that Non-AMP also has jpg only. You can see that in the below reference screenshot.

There is an srcset with webp for compatibility with old browsers. Is there is some way to make webp with fallback to jpg? We are sorry for the delay in reaching back. It totally depends on how you are making the WEBP on non amp page.
