    Hi @niavet2001

    We can not do this as there is no way to check if browser supports WebP or not in this case. So there is a risk WebP would be delivered to browsers that do not support WebP and break layout (no image would be visible in that case).

    You can use rewrite rules method as it would deliver WebP even for background images. Just have in mind it will not work if you use Cloudflare or CDN.
