The Convert to WebP is a Pro only feature. Since you’re using the Pro version, please contact us directly at: https://smartslider3.com/contact-us/support/
for support. Please make sure you include a link to your site where we can see the problem, and send your slider as well.

As per forum rules commercial products are not supported in these forums. This means we can’t provide support for our Pro customers here.
