    Hi my site loads well on the desktop but when I load on the phone it shows a skeleton site and when you scroll down it says view “full site”. Can help please.

    Suggest that you change to a “responsive” theme, they adapt to the various display devices, some better than others. In the “themes” search feature on this site you can choose responsive as a required capability.

    The theme that I have has is responsive I just dont know why it has this problem.

    As I said, some themes are more responsive than others, it is a matter of how the theme author has organized the theme, how many levels of media size are accomodated.
    Suggest that you try some different themes.
