Website access problem

Hi WordPress experts,

when I want to access my website sportisto.net via mobile phone (with mobile data usage) I get system error “HTTP request was interrupted by the host!” If phone is connected to Wi-Fi there is no problem.

Yesterday I was playing with setting on my mobile and I find out that if new blank access point is created website can be accessed with mobile data transfer turned on. Sadly that solution only work for me, I cant expect that every user on same ISP will change their settings.

Is there any option to solve this problem, maybe with htacces or something similar (hosting and ISP provider said thatthere is nothing they can do)?
