Website & admin all white & no cPanel access

My website was working normally and all of a sudden every page says it’s loaded but it’s a blank white page, including when I load /wp-login or /wp-admin.
Also, I cannot access cPanel.

If you cannot access Cpanel – your server most likely has a problem as that’s not part of WP – so check with your hosting company.
Update: I can now get into cPanel but still have NO idea what to do to correct the website ‘blankness’!!
Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to
/wp-content/themes/and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).Thank you, that worked.

The post calculator is now reinstalled (and the pages haven’t gone blank!!) but the plugin still does not work!!

In the shopping cart, you’re asked to ‘Calculate Shipping’.
After putting in country, state & zip code you then get the following message:
Please enter your shipping destination and postal code to view shipping options and rates. There may be no methods available for your destination and you should contact us for assistance.
If you then Proceed to Checkout, in the shipping box, you will see the same message.

We can’t each offer support for all of the (currently) 36,186 plugins. If I were familiar with the plugin, I could probably help, but WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads are the only eCommerce plugins I have experience with.

You may be unaware, but your first link: https://www.jigoshop.com/support/ directs you to your other link: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/jigoshop meaning that unless one of your team can answer, I have to pay $40 for a Basic Level subscription that, as they say, has no `Guaranteed Fix’.
The first level that has a ‘yes’ to ‘Guaranteed Fix’ is $500 per month!!They would seem to be only interested in big business accounts…
This leaves me in rather a large predicament!!

It would be one of Jigoshop’s team or someone from Jigoshop’s user community, because they’re the ones who provide support for Jigoshop’s plugin.
