Website Admin Email Access & PHP issue

    Hi

    Please ask your hosting provider if you have no idea about database.
    here is instruction.
    1) Open phpmyadmin
    2) open wp_option table
    3) change email id for: admin_email

    We can’t access the admin because of the PHP issue. It states: There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    We can’t access the email to retrieve the instructions. Is there anyway to get the email? We’ve sent countless requests and we never receive the email to confirm the update.

    Please ask to your hosting provider, who is your hosting provider? Siteground, GoDaddy, dreamhost, bluehost or any other?
