Website & Admin site will not load

    Website and respective admin site will not load after restoring backup.

    Receiving different errors.
    current error on Explorer = error establishing a database connection.

    Chrome: doesn’t load anything for admin
    for website: The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
    Please try again later.

    All plugins updated as of yesterday, 8/6/19 with no issues.
