• Hi there,

I really have a problem. My website http://www.phenomenae.com is not working any more. I checked on the browser bugs (it’s not, because it’s on any browser as well as checked everything on chrome with the chrome forum), next I contacted my host and we worked things out, and it finally seems to be a plugIn which always wants recreated connection and the server does not respond on this request and then the site is down. This is working in the background. So the issue now is, which plugIn and how can I find out. CAN YOU HELP ME? I would be so so thankful. Looking forward, Nursah

  • Access your website files using either FTP or your web hosting management file manager. Navigate to “wp-content/plugins”, you will have all your intalled plugins listed. Either individually or in groups rename these directories, just add a “X” on the end of the name(s), this will stop that plugin from loading. Test to see if your site loads, once it does re-enable plugins, by patient elimination you will find out which plugin (or plugins) are at fault, you will then be in a position to update them, seek support, or find replacements.
