website consistency from computer to mobile device

Hi, I am having difficulties having a consistent looking web page on different devices. My website is kinkyinthecloset.com and I am using tempera theme 0.9.8. When I look at my website on my computer (mac book) it has the characteristics that I want for the most part. When I look at my website on my android phone (galaxy s3) the website is different. Specifically I can’t actually find the site title or description, likewise the front page on the android phone is not displaying a font color I chose (it should be orange but its white), and one sentence has a font size that it much larger than when viewed on mac book. I would like to know how to have my site be consistent in appearance on mobile and non mobile devices
