Website crashed after installing a plugin

    Hi everyone,

    This morning, I installed a new plugin. However, since then, my website is down and I can’t access the admin dashboard.

    It says that the connection timed out and that the website is unavailable.
    “ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT”

    Do you have a solution about how I can’t resolve this issue and remove the faulty plugin?

    Your website loads fine from my end. It must be a local problem or or your server blocking your IP or something.

    Hi!

    I’m back with an update. My website works fine with everyone else, but not with any other devices that has my internet connexion.

    I also checked the ftp and the plug-in I installed isn’t there.

    It’s kind of weird that I no longer have access to my website since I tried to upload a plug-in…

    I’m going to check with my web host. Thanks. 🙂
