I just look at our ticket system, we don’t have open tickets. Please, check your spam folder or come back to the system and you can read the answer.
Here are some suggestions:
1) Check if you are using the plugin version 6.06
2) Check if you have free memory available. Try to install our free plugin WP memory:

3) After that, check your Site Health page:
Dashboard => Tools => Site Health
4) Use PHP 7.3, it is faster.
5. Check the integrity of your tables. (with phpMyAdmin), for example:
prefix_sbb_visitorslog
prefix_sbb_fingerprint
prefi_sbb_stats
and 3 more beginning by sbb_
6. Try read our test for conflict page:

7. Check for javascript errors in your console:

If you didn’t find it, please, email me (look your purchase receipt) and i will give you one free plugin to read your PHP log errors, maybe you can find any useful info.
