Website Description Text Issue

I’ve got a client that, whenever she text messages her own prospective clients her web address, the description text from a previous version of the website gets sent along with it. Whenever anybody else text messages her web address then it gets sent correctly without the old verbiage.

Is this likely a phone / tablet caching issue?
