    The website didn’t recognize my email address when I tried to login. So I tried making an account again. Then it failed to process my order. It brought back to mind the first time I tried to order online. I don’t remember what happened but I had to call in person to place my order. I mention these things in hopes that it may help to fix the system.

    It looks like you’re describing an issue with placing an order on a specific store. The WooCommerce support forum is for store owners needing help with the WooCommerce plugin itself — we don’t have access to individual store accounts or order systems.

    I recommend contacting the store directly through their website (usually via their Contact page) so they can check your account and order attempt on their end.
