• Hi,

I’m trying to update my content but something weird is happening. I can save the new content, I also can see it on my computer, but when I’m checking the new content in another device there is no change on the website.

I used Site Health and I have got there some messages like these ones:

A plugin has prevented updates by disabling wp_version_check()

Your site could not complete a loopback request

    A scheduled event has failed

The REST API encountered an unexpected result

I also have messages to update PHP and MySQL versions, but they are 7.3.10 and 5.7, respectively.

I would like to know if any of those messages are related to the problem with the updating content.

My WordPress version is 5.2.3, if could help.

    • I have deactived every plugin.
    • I have deleted caches.
    • I have reinstalled WordPress.

Can someone help me whit this? Thanks!

  • This problem was on my site https://www.sendiancreations.com and was resolved after using a special add-on to clear the cache

    Hi!

    What’s that plugin?

    Hello,
I can see, there is a console log which affect by ThemePunch Revolution Slider.

Can you please deactivate that plugin and recheck again?

Also, I can suggest you to change the localhost dev tools to Laragon

I think, your localhost environment tools has a problem. Like PHP is not well configured.

Tell me, which tools are you using? Mamp/Xampp or Wamp?

Hi Fahim! Thank you so much for your feedback!

Now I have a problem when I’m trying to login.

The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Check the site administrator's email inbox for instructions.

As you said, the issue is caused by Revolution Slider, so I changed its folder name via FTP. Then when I try again to login it works fine.

The problem is that I have to maintain Revolution slider and I also need to access to the admin.

Might be your plugin is not updated.
Without a screenshot, it hard to provide the exact solution 😀

    Thanks.
