Website down, unable to login

    So, about an hour after I posted the above message, I got a call from some person asking if I’m the owner of the website I mentioned in my note. He asked if it was up and running, and he said that his company was running a 20% off special on upgrading/repairing websites that aren’t working. Uncanny, no? I am guessing that my website has been hacked. Can anyone advise me on how to get access to it again?

    My questions are below.

    1. Do you know the ftp id and password?(if you know it, you can access the web site root directory by using Filezila ftp tool.)

    2. I guess if you can access it, and then let me know

    Hi. I went through the hosting console looking for the FTP id/password, and while there, noticed that I could click to update any of my installed applications. I just did that, and my site is back up and running. So, never mind (but thank you)!
