Website Flashes Background on Load

While there are many useful features like disabling feeds, disabling useless scripts, etc, I did find the plugin to increase my load speed slightly but decreased page size by 100kb.

The main issue I faced was that no matter what browser, my webpage would ‘flash’ just before being fully loaded. Meaning the screen would show my background color and then fade away and show my page elements.

May be a conflict with my theme but for now I uninstalled, the background flash was just a turnoff. If there is a setting or possible fix I’d be willing to try again.
