I Found this in Log, is my Site Hacked?

POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php - Allowing file upload - [revslider.zip, 191,524 bytes]
POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php - WP: Revolution Slider/Showbiz shell upload - [REQUEST:client_action = update_plugin]
POST /index.php - WP: Download Manager remote command execution - [POST:execute = wp_insert_user]

Regarding the first line, see this discussion: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/were-these-files-blocked

Regarding the other two lines, the firewall blocked those threats, so there is no need to worry about it.

Whatever you see in the log means it was blocked, unless stated otherwise.
