Website Hacked

When I go to any page on my website, the website gets redirected to a page asking to allow the page to give notifications. I clicked allow and I ended up receiving numerous ad popups. I believe my site has been compromised and I want to know how I can fix this and prevent my site from redirecting to this spam page!
