Website is broken

Hi,

My website with the Sydney theme has worked for a long time, but now it’s broken. I got an error message about a missing Siteorigin plugin ‘panels’, maybe it’s related. But my call to actions are all gone, it just shows images of the background now or just blank widgets with text. Some images are also gone, like on this page: https://www.psycholoogoudewater.nl/femke/. And this page is almost completely empty now: https://www.psycholoogoudewater.nl/vergoeding/. Do you know what’s wrong? Everything is up to date. Thank you!
