    Hi @digitalrina

    Sorry, you’re facing this issue.

Have you tried disabling LifterLMS to see if this issue still occurs?

Let me know as soon as you can.

    Thank you πŸ™‚

    hi, Toyin,

    I have tried this already
disabled and the problem was still there

.i was wandering- do i need to delete the plugin completely to find out if this is 100 percent of the issues?

but the errors have appeared once o got lifter lms…so really confused

    thanks a mill

    if it easier to investigate

when i disable Lifter lms, refresh, and go onto the INCOGNITO window, the course still comes up….

    Hi @digitalrina,

I don’t think this is an issue with LifterLMS. However, we have some troubleshooting steps that may help.

Try deactivating all plugins except LifterLMS to see if this resolves the issue. If it does, you will need to re-activate the plugins one after the other to find the conflicting plugin
You can also switch the theme to a default theme like Twenty Twenty to see if this resolves your issue(I doubt it’s a theme issue though)

Can you please send us your LifterLMS System report?

Use services like Imgur, Dropbox, or Pastebin to share screenshots, system reports, and logs. Remember that this is a public forum. If you don’t want your URLs, server paths, and other potentially sensitive information posted publicly and archived indefinitely you should blur or remove this information from your logs and screenshots before posting.

    hi,

    so awkward.
deactivated half of the plugins- website started to function back again.
activated back all the plugins- looks like all working.

so left in unknown what exactly was was the reason for the problems.

hope the issues wont come back.

10 minutes later…i decided to have course on menu as main category and ad dashboard, sign in and sign out as subcategories

    guess what
my website is not functioning again…exactly the same issues…
worse.i removed all these from my menu..the problem still there

trying to deactivate plugins and re-activate see if that works. grrrrrr

have you had these issues before so i would know more?

    thanks

and here is the LAST UPDATE.
    trying plugin 1 by 1

and it looks like LIFTER LMS is the reason my website has crashed.

I kind of had an idea- because all i did was updated woocommerce and installed lifter lms

If I deactivate and re-activate this plugin, a few times came back to normal. made a little change in the course- the website crashes again.

CAn anybody from the TEAM please have a look ?
I can not go ahead with this plugin knowing every single time i do edit/change/amend/add my website crashes

    Appreciate Your TIME
Looking forward to hearing from you soon
    Thanks

    Hi @digitalrina

If I deactivate and re-activate this plugin, a few times came back to normal. made a little change in the course- the website crashes again.

Are you talking about the LifterLMS plugin here? Also, can you show us a screenshot of what you mean by the crash?

Also, did you deactivate all plugins except LifterLMS as I have suggested earlier?

You haven’t sent your LifterLMS system report as well.

Let me know as soon as all these are done.

    Thank you πŸ™‚

    hi,

    thanks for the message.

yes, i am talking about lifter lms.

i was deactivating plugin by plugin, and looks like as if lifter was the reason of the errors.

what i called the crash is as I have explained earlier- the main photo on the homepage has vanished.
and on “about” page- the drop down menu wasn’t working
plus the number underneath weren’t displayed too.
i have sent you the 2 links to these pages at the time it wasn’t working.

now i have deactivated the PLUGIN and website is back to normal

Please help, as I don’t know your software inside and out

    Hi @digitalrina

I’m still asking to try and send the LifterLMS System report. I’ll need to see your setup to determine what may be wrong here.

I’m afraid if you can’t send the system report, it’s almost impossible for me to know what’s going on.

    Thank you πŸ™‚

    hi

    so i can’t send a report, since i have deactivated the plugin…..

    does it make sense?
what’s the way to figure out the problem.

i chatted on the website and was directed here to solve the problem.

    thanks

    Hi @digitalrina,

What what you’ve described this may be a Javascript error, but it’s hard to determine without LifterLMS active.

The best way to troubleshoot this would be to make a staging site. We have some information on this here.

On the staging site you can then reactivate LifterLMS and check the console for any errors with these steps.

If you see any red colored errors in the console, screenshot those images for us. You can add them to the thread with imgur links or another similar service.

Let us know if we can elaborate further on any of the steps for troubleshooting!

    Thanks and take care,

    hi, Natalie

I am not techie, and soooo busy with all the workload.

Plus it is getting nowhere- me understanding how to do it, what to do it, how to show u and all the crasy stuff-unbelievable nw u even suggesting a staging site- something again NEW… so WHEN will this be sorted. I need it ASAP

I would love to use your PLUGIN, I need normal help

I AM SURE 100 % THE BEST think if you could just go inside yourself (i give login)and FINALLY FIGURE straight away. you created this and know it all, so it would take all the communication and save TONS of time

Please tell me you will look at it. as it is so frustrating and putting me off

    Hi @digitalrina

So sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
