Website is not optimized

Hi respected member. I have gmail you daily due to my score issue of web. You will adjust it that day but on the next day it will decreased. What is the issue with my web. Now i am facing the low score issue even it will alright at night but in morning i will decrease. I am also facing the Largest Contentful Paint and Cumulative Layout Shift.
