I believe the HAL pluging is causing big layout issue because it ships a full bootstrap CSS file. For my website with a Twenty Eleven theme, the main site header is upside down when the plugin is activated!

Some news ? Bootstrap CSS break also Hueman theme.
Why did you choose bootstrap into a plugin ? Knowing that the risk of css conflict increases dramatically with theme css.

This summer i’ll remove Bootstrap CSS on the plugin and i’ll put a simple CSS to minimize risk of conflict css.
