Website links only work on refresh

I have had multiple clients complain that when they go to my site, http://SenecaCreekPhotography.com, the links do not work at all and you cannot click them. If they refresh the page, the links become live again, but after clicking on one page link the links then become frozen an inactive again. I do not have this issue on my computer, iPad, or any browser, and it only seems to be a problem with 1/3 people. I have called my server Bluehost multiple times over this and still have no solution. Please help!
