Website Loading Differently – WP Editor vs Developer View

Hi all,

I have a developer helping me to build a personal site using ww.wp.xz.cn (hosted on Namecheap), I have been experiencing something quite strange where the site loads differently for me vs. a developer that is working on the site.

The main issues I face are around alignment of elements in the header, which makes it quite challenging to iterate the development of the site.

I have screenshots where my view looks misaligned against what the developer is seeing, which is near perfect.

I have tried loading the site on to devices (Windows & Mac), using chrome, safari and internet exploring. Even going as far to clear my cache and using an incognito browser. However, the elements still seem to load strangely, whether I am logged in or not.
