Hello,

I have some issue when I test my compliance online with CookieBot.

There a cookie wp_api unrecognized and I don’t from what plugin is it generated neither how to block it before consentement.

Hi @cpgenea,

I don’t think it’s a cookie, as I can’t find wp_api on your website. It looks like the WordPress REST API call.

The widget they mention, I cannot find, but I see Jetpack Stats is blocked correctly.

Are you on WordPress.com? For reference, you can read; https://complianz.io/why-online-privacy-testing-tools-are-not-accurate/

These scans are not always accurate, and are generic, not focused on WordPress.
