Website not found – login problems

A friend of mine set up a website using WordPress and has now left the country.
The site has been working fine until recently. While the site still exists I can’t seem to login and make changes.
Here is my site: http://www.thebadheads.com and this the URL I use to login:
http://www.thebadheads.com/wp-admin
Username: admin
Password: ***********Firstly, the ‘wp-admin’ URL does not work, so if I login through the WordPress page site, I get this:
“You attempted to login with the email or username ‘admin’ on WordPress.com. If you were trying to access your self hosted ww.wp.xz.cn blog, try yourdomain.com/wp-admin/. If you can’t remember your WordPress.com email or username, you can reset your password by providing your email address. If you have any questions please contact support.”
Can anybody help me with this please? 🙁
