After I installed everything seemed to be working fine.

I purged the cache and now I cannot load my website

I also have W3TC Browser Cache — Can this be the issue??
Please help. I couldn’t get on the admin so I tried your suggestion in a previous support ticket about typing the “.php” in the URL & refreshing the permalink but that didn’t work.

When I type “accusharp.com” the site loads ( probably from my stored cache) I am logged in to my dashboard so when I click on “Dashboard” the site never loads. It freezes.

But I would first try to fix the issue. It’s probably not Really Simple SSL, but something else that’s blocking on https.

I can load your login page without issues, but of course I can’t see what is going on when you login.

I would try to disable the caching and or security plugins by renaming their folders in the plugins directory, then see if it loads.

On your site I also see a mixed content issue: you have a form that points to another site, which is not on https. You should change that form url to https.

Something unrelated: you have included an image from another domain that’s not there anymore, so it can’t load: look for All.jpg in your websource.

By the way: did you try logging in in another browser? Logging in with fresh cookies etc might help.

I was initially working in Safari when I encountered the issues.
1. I renamed the cache plugin, cleared history & tried again. I just wont load
2. I named it back
3. Then I opened Chrome and the admin works perfectly fine. I was able to login nicely. Not sure why that makes a difference since I cleared my history in Safari.
I asked come colleges to open our website and it opens just fine for them. The green lock is not on the home page so I assume it is because of your other notes.

I cannot find this link. Is there a directory that says what it is?

**on the unrelated notes**: I was able to located the image “all.jpg” but it is from my site ( or so I think… How can I be sure it is from my site?

The Chrome console complained it couldn’t load all.jpg, the url was from another domain. Strangely though, the error is now gone.

The form that is causing your mixed content is the “find dealer” form, which points to http://www.nearestoutlet.com. This should be https://www.nearestoutlet.com/ but that won’t work, as this domain does not support SSL yet. So to fix it you should contact them first, if they can install SSL on their domain, and if they do that, you can change the url to https.

Yes, your find dealer form is causing your mixed content. Otherwise your site gives no warnings.

Strangely though, I still cannot get on my website on Safari.
I’ve cleared all history and removed stored website data but the site will still not load. Any thoughts on that?

Your site loads fine in Safari on my system, the login page as well, so I can’t really find an issue with it.
