Website not working, please help

Hello guys,
Please help me with my issue that I’m having with my wordpress.

I’m using Netfirms webhosting for my website & the link is http://www.abudhabiskaters.com

Yesterday I was trying to login into my wordpress CP or even tried to gain access to my website but it seems it’s not working anymore, it always displays the following message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_the_image() (previously declared in /mnt/w0108/d13/s37/b02642da/www/www.abudhabiskaters.com/wp-content/plugins/get-the-image/get-the-image.php:49) in /mnt/w0108/d13/s37/b02642da/www/www.abudhabiskaters.com/wp-content/themes/f8-lite/images.php on line 43

Can you please help me solve this problem. Your help will be highly appreciated.
