Website Not working with moblie

It seems like my website isn’t loading with the new theme on mobile. I’ve tried caching plugins but it doesn’t seem to change. Any ideas?

IT seems like phones that we have visited before load the old theme but people just visiting for the first time should be good. I thought this may be a cache issue but I tried plugins and it’s not working.
