What we’re you trying to do? I ask because this forum is for the free version of the plugin, which does not require access to our site, and discussion of the premium and ultimate version is forbidden in these forums (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products). If you are using one of those versions or have questions about them, you can contact us directly (via email or our site).
