Website Offline Emails

Hello,

I have currently shifted my site to cloud hosting from shared hosting. I have received two emails from jetpack saying your site appears to be offline. And again another message saying site is back online and it was down for 5 mins.

I have checked with hosting provider. and they replied that there is no downtime from our side. They asked me to contact jetpack support.

Could you please tell me why is this hapenning?
