Website Optimization Issue (new optimization score is very low)

Respected Sir/Mam, My website taking too much time when we open it in desktop or mobile. The reason is that my website is not optimized. Its optimization score is very low. Kindly set my all score above 95%. I am very thankful to you.

Will you please kindly disable the website pre-loader and let us know to optimize further? Unfortunately pre-loaders drop the website score.
