Website problems…

Guys, my site has gone – SO SLOW. The control panel (dashboard) loads up ok, which is strange. Loading the site, however, is a major problem.

The first post or so displays, the screen layout doesn’t finish loading – and then it seems to stop loading any further.

Is my server having problems, or my wordpress install?
