Even I am facing a similar issue. All the URLs redirect to a single URL, even a non-existing page redirects to the same URL instead of giving 404 error.
This only happens when I am either logged out from the WP or accessing the site in incognito mode.

Yeah, same here. Only mobile for me. Even when I shrink my desktop browser it does it as well.

I think they might have fixed it with version 5.0.3. At least I’m no longer experiencing the issue
I am still seeing it but I will go to cloudflare and clear cache.
*edit*
Did not seem to help.

I ended up reverting back to an earlier version and then re-updating. Seemed to fix my issue.
In my case I went to siteground, cleared caching and then disabled it. Upgraded all plugins to 5.0.3 and re enabled caching on siteground and it appeared to have fixed my issue.
Please, upgrade to 5.0.4. In addition to that, make sure that if you have Memcached on, your sites DO NOT share the same salts. You can easily regenerate them through the salt generator: https://api.ww.wp.xz.cn/secret-key/1.1/salt/ and replace the ones you have in your wp-config.php file.
I had this same problem happen with a few of my Siteground sites on the same server. They would redirect to each other and sometimes partially load after upgrading to 5.0.4. I just verified that the salts were not the same. I ultimately just disabled Level 3: Memcached and that solved it.
have the same problem also on 5.0.4 with Memcached on and different salts
Could you share your URL?
Nevermind, we found the bug and are working on it. It will be fixed in 5.0.6!
