Hundreds of rescue organizations across the nation are hard at work saving shelter animals and finding loving homes for every animal. Other organizations have created no-kill animal sanctuaries. And, amazing people are spearheading efforts to create no-kill cities throughout the nation.

Despite the heroic efforts of our rescues, shelters, sanctuaries and no-kill advocates, more than half of the animals that enter shelters never make it out. Every 8 seconds in the United States, one animal is euthanized. And, every day, more than 10,000 animals are put to sleep.

We created A Loving Goodbye to give animals about to be euthanized the loving and fitting tribute they deserve. We go into local animal shelters to give a hug, a kiss and, most importantly, love to an animal soon to be put to sleep. And, we tell there story, give them a name and create a legacy — showing the world that someone did love them.
